Support that understands
Psychosocial & therapeutic support
Trauma-informed support that recognises your experiences, preferences and goals.
Your full experience, not just a diagnosis.
Your experiences matter. We offer support that is trauma-informed, respectful and grounded in the understanding that everyone’s story is different.
Our team takes time to understand your emotional, behavioural and mental health support needs, and meets them with care and consistency. Whether you are working through a complex situation or need someone who gets it, we will be there with the right approach and the right people.
How we can help
- A trauma-informed approach
- Support shaped around emotional and behavioural needs
- A consistent team, so trust has time to build
- Individual preferences respected
- Collaboration with the people involved in your support
Good to know
What trauma-informed support means here.
You set the pace
We listen first. Your routines, boundaries and preferences shape how support is delivered.
Familiar faces
We aim to build a small, consistent team around you, not a revolving door of unfamiliar people.
No repeating your story
Your team is briefed and trained around your needs before they start, so you do not have to keep explaining.
Planning your support
It helps to tell us about
- What a good day looks like for you
- The situations you find hard, and what helps
- Who you feel comfortable with
- The professionals already involved in your support
- Only as much of your story as you want to share
Common questions
Can I be involved in choosing my support workers?
Yes, and we encourage it. You can review support worker profiles before anyone starts. If there is someone you would prefer not to work with, we will listen and act on it.
Can you support people who do not speak English as a first language?
We support participants from many cultural backgrounds. If English is not your first language, let us know and we will do our best to match you with someone who understands your preferences and can communicate clearly. Where we do not have a direct language match, we can explore interpreters or translated materials.
