Confidence in your care
High-intensity support
Individualised support for complex needs, delivered by staff trained for your circumstances.
Complex care, delivered safely and calmly.
Some situations call for clinical-level care. When daily support involves more complex health needs, careful preparation and clear communication matter. Our team works to understand your individual requirements and the plans guiding your care.
You will be supported by people who understand your health needs, communicate clearly and have been trained for your specific situation. We keep your team consistent, so you are not dealing with constant handovers or re-explaining instructions.

Common questions
How do you manage complex care or high-intensity needs?
High-intensity support is delivered by staff who are specifically trained for the needs of each person, whether that is PEG feeding, catheter care, complex bowel care or severe dysphagia. Your care is documented clearly so every team member knows what is expected. You will not be left explaining medical requirements to someone who has not been prepared.
What if my situation changes after support has started?
We revisit your goals and support requirements with you and adjust your team or plan to suit. Because we employ our own teams, we can usually make changes quickly and with minimal disruption.
