Consistency and care
PBS & medication support
Support with medication administration and implementing approved Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
Safe, accurate and respectful.
When it comes to medication and behaviour support, safety and accuracy matter. We focus on consistent, respectful support guided by your individual plans, and we handle medication administration with care and attention.
Our aim is a calm, stable environment where support is delivered with professionalism and respect. Everything we do is documented properly and explained clearly, so you and the people around you know what is happening and why.
How we can help
- Medication administration guided by your plan
- Implementation of approved Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Regulated restrictive practices only where they are authorised in an approved plan
- Clear records and communication with the people involved in your care
- An emphasis on dignity and respectful support
Good to know
How we work with your plans.
Your plan leads
We implement the approved behaviour support plan written by your behaviour support practitioner, and keep in close contact with them about how it is working day to day.
Trained and prepared
Sam and Andrew are CPI-certified trainers. They train and inform our staff so the people we support are better understood.
Everyone kept informed
With your consent, we keep your family, guardian and support coordinator up to date, without speaking for you or over you.
Planning your support
It helps to tell us about
- Any behaviour support plan in place, and who wrote it
- Current medications and how they are managed now
- Any restrictive practices currently authorised
- What helps on a hard day, and what makes things worse
- Who should be kept informed
Common questions
How involved can families or guardians be?
As involved as you want them to be. If you want your family involved, we keep them updated, include them in meetings and make sure they have the right information. If certain boundaries are important to you, we respect that and follow your lead.
How are support workers matched to me?
We consider behavioural compatibility, clinical requirements and personal preferences when selecting staff, and we share worker profiles so you know who is coming and why.
