Do more of what you love

Community participation

Make connections, explore your interests and enjoy getting out in your local community.

Stay connected, active and involved.

A coffee with a friend, a new activity, or a familiar place you love. Whether it is heading to a local event, joining a group activity, or simply getting out for a coffee and a chat, we support you in a way that feels relaxed and easy.

You can use this time to build confidence, meet people, explore new interests, or just enjoy a break from your usual routine. We listen to what you enjoy and shape the support around that, with staff who are there to encourage, not take over.

Planning your support

It helps to tell us about

  • The places, activities and people you already enjoy
  • Something new you would like to try
  • The days and times that suit you
  • How you prefer to travel
  • The kind of support worker you feel comfortable with

Common questions

How are support workers matched to me?

We consider your needs, preferences and routines when matching your team. Staff profiles are shared before services begin, so you can get a feel for who might be the right fit.

What if I need more than one type of support?

Tell us about the different parts of your day and the support you are looking for. We can talk through suitable services together, including home life, community participation, accommodation and more complex needs.

Why Just Living

Support that feels personal.

  • A directly employed team

We employ our own support workers, so you are not dealing with constant changeovers.

  • Matched to you

Staff are matched to your needs, routines and preferences, and you see their profiles before services begin.

  • Trained for your needs

Training is shaped around each person. Sam and Andrew are CPI-certified trainers.

  • Ready when you need us

If you need support soon, we work to put one person or a full team in place.

  • Clear communication

With you, your family and your support network, from the first conversation onwards.

  • Support that adapts

When your needs change, your support changes with them, without starting again.
